Robin is a qualified facilitator and trained and registered as a mediator with CEDR. He has acted in mediations in both the commercial and voluntary sectors, as well as in neighbourhood disputes. He is a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, an architect, and a professional project manager. Before starting Phoenix Change Consultancy, Robin was an Associate Director at Cyril Sweett Ltd, an international consultancy company with its headquarters in London, England. There he worked on PFI projects, developing a number of hospital, school and urban regeneration programmes. Building, developing and managing partnerships between Local Government, Regional Health Authorities, the voluntary sector, the private sector and local communities was the key to their success. Robin has also devised and managed projects in software and management system integration, both for local government and the private sector.
